For international shipping, please email us with the item name, artist name, and item code.

SHIPPING INFO

All orders in Singapore will be delivered via Qxpress/Ninja Van courier services or hand delivered within 5 working days. International orders will be sent via a reputable international courier service.  We are advised that shipping to countries outside Singapore should take no more than 7-10 working days, but our experience is that it can sometimes take a bit longer.

DAMAGED POLICY

We pack your pottery in a professional manner for shipping process.  However, if the item arrives broken, please take a picture of the box your item was delivered in with delivery details, the broken item and inform us within 72 hours of receiving your item. You will receive a full refund excluding the shipping fee.
