SHIPPING POLICY
All orders in Singapore will be delivered via Qxpress or Ninja Van courier services within the next working day but please allow 2-3 working days
International orders will be sent via a reputable international courier service. We are advised that shipping to countries outside Singapore should take no more than 7 working days, but our experience is that it can sometimes take a bit longer.
DAMAGED & RETURN POLICY
All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
We pack your pottery in a professional manner for shipping process. However, if the item arrives broken, please take a picture of the box your item was delivered in with delivery details, the broken item and inform us within 72 hours of receiving your item. You will receive a full refund excluding the shipping fee.
